You aint never had a friend, never had a friend...
[So
At least the Genie seems pretty darn friendly for a Genie?
Unfortunately he doesn't seem to be able to send you guys home anytime soon. But on the bright side, minus some certain jerks (looking at you, Bill), no one seems blood thirsty enough to resort to murder, not when they could try to escape. And with a helpful (well... helpful as he can be) host, perhaps no one will die!
... Yeah I can't even pretend to joke.
As you wake up the morning following the host appearing himself, there will be a list of club rules next to all the profiles. Which should at least discourage Bill Cipher from murdering everyone the instant he stops being a puppet.
Still, the week seems pretty peaceful, and you can explore the hotel more if you like. or even chat with the Genie if you want to squeeze some information out of him/befriend him! He's not picky!
Enjoy your time while you can, adventurers...]
[MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY]
{OOC: Welcome to your first weekly log! Since this is a peace week, there will be no murder occurring this week! Feel free to mingle with each other and use the regain mask if you have long enough threads.
Have fun everyone <3}

It certainly has [PAUSE. SUCH A PAUSE.] a definite charm to it. And it is less dreary than before.
[But also why's the sun smiling like that. And why are there so many taxidermy animals.]

[Dr. Doof is always right.]
Now, if I were truly the one constructing this, my nemesis would probably show up immediately after I finished my devious plans, which means that one--or more--of these taxidermy animals would have a hidden inator within them to destroy him. But I don't have access to my tools, so this'll have to do.
[He waves his hand.]
Anyways! You could pretend to be doing Peter and the Wolf or something. Or Peter and the Jackalope, in this case.

A little difficult as a solo performer but. [Her brow wrinkles, ever so slightly.] I think it might be manageable. Are you sure you don't want to dance with me? You could be the wolf!

Eh, you know what? Sure, what the heck! It's been a long time since I've done any of this, but I probably still got it.
["Probably" being the key phrase here. He saunters up onto the stage. His posture does not improve by any margin.]
Alright, here we go!

Anyway, I cannot believe you're making me do this, Everett. I cannot believe that you're making me type that Sugarplum starts to dance the part of Peter, just expecting Doofenshmirtz to follow along with her. Truly, I am back in Foolish Mortals. Truly, I have always been the Foolish Mortal.]

it's all for the coins.]

[She sounds genuine about this, and not vaguely fake or forced the way she mostly does, and then she seems to realize something.]
Maybe if you proved yourself to be a man of culture, you could make yourself seem more trustworthy than your brother or your nemesis.
