[At around 3 AM, any semblance of normalcy is shattered by a deafening explosion that shakes the very foundations of the club, causing dust and plaster to cascade from the ceiling. Hope you weren't planning on sleeping in. Within seconds, the shaking stops, and the club falls quiet again.

Whatever that was, it couldn't have been good. Sounds like it came from the first floor.

[She's just going to make a quick sketch of the machine, noting the parts where something seems to be missing with a frown. Is there anything else not body-related in the room she would notice while she's doing that?]

[Well, there's the cannon itself, as well as the conspicuous trail of glitter on the ground. Either are fair game!]

[She'll take a look at the cannon first! Just to get a better sense of what it was intended for. Call her silly, but she doesn't think Doof did all this to shoot glitter at the doorway.]

The canon seems to be deactivated right now, and has two buttons on it.

Would Sugar Plum be able to resist pushing random buttons?]

[Listen. She finds him foolish, but ultimately not a dumbass. Glitter seems like a pure dumbass move.

Also she knows enough about machines she didn't build that she's not just gonna push random buttons. Are they marked? What do they say?]

They're both at the back of the canon One is unmarked, but has something weird smudged onto the button.

The other one is a self destruct button so... thank god Sugar Plum didn't press the buttons randomly.]

[Hm! What's this shit smudged on there? Presumably it's not just more glitter but you never know.

Also does it look like the self-destruct button was pressed?]

[There's a small, greasy hand print on the first button.

... Also considering that the -inator is still Here, I think it's safe to say that the button hasn't been pushed.]

[It looks like there are two sets of impressions! One is very large and rectangular, and the other is smaller shoe prints.

Anyway this smaller set of shoe prints: like child small or Jiminy Cricket just comparatively small? Also where do they lead?]

The larger set of footprints seem to be entering the room an then exiting the room, the smaller ones just have exit foot prints.]
