FIRST INVESTIGATION

[At around 3 AM, any semblance of normalcy is shattered by a deafening explosion that shakes the very foundations of the club, causing dust and plaster to cascade from the ceiling. Hope you weren't planning on sleeping in. Within seconds, the shaking stops, and the club falls quiet again.

Whatever that was, it couldn't have been good. Sounds like it came from the first floor.

[Oh boy, uh... anything out of place with what's mounted on the walls? The weapons or the taxidermied animals.]

[There is actually! Kronk will notice something off with a taxidermy deer and a blunderbuss

Which would he like to look at first?]

[Neither, but he's gonna have to look at both of them for the sake of the investigation, huh.]

[Well alright, let's start with the deer then because the study of wildlife is something that's actually in his wheelhouse so he's more confident looking it over first. What's wrong with it besides that it's dead.]

[Good news! The deer itself looks perfectly fine beyond being dead!

Bad news? There seems to be something sticking out from under the base.]

[Huh. Okay, he's gonna take a closer look- is it something he could safely remove from the base without damaging it, or is the thing actually attached to the wall and/or the base itself?]

[It looks pretty safe to remove! It just looks like something or someone shoved it under the base.]

[Kronk cautiously lifts the base up while he pulls this thing out from under it. ...does he have a better idea of what it is, now that it's not partially obscured under a deer carcass?]

[IT'S A DEAD BODY AAAAAAAA

Actually now that Kronk's holding it, he will quickly discover that it's a glove!]

[The world's tiniest dead person oh no.]

[So, let's turn this thing over and look at it all thoroughly. ...mostly checking out the hand size and how dirty it is, since that's probably what's most relevant to solving whodunnit.]

[Kronk probably hasn't seen it but its size does seem similarly sized to a certain other hand shaped mark! And also It has some grease on it]

[Well. This sure seems like something worth keeping in mind.]

[Guess it's time to move on to examining the blunderbuss, then. Unless there's anything else about the glove that bears suspicion?]

And it looks like something's been shoved into the blunderbuss]

[Ohh boy. Kronk's gonna... just. Gonna carefully fish the Mystery Item out of the blunderbuss's barrel real quick. What's it look like?]
