WEEK 3
[When you wake up the following morning, the doors to the Adventurers Club are open. It only took you a horrible murder to get into the outside of the club, but finally you get some fresh air! Now that you’re outside, the gentle seaside feeling of the island seems to almost instantly soothe any anxieties you had about the previous days. And when night arrives, the island comes alive with music and lights and the island parties until dawn.
One odd thing everyone will notice, however, is that instead of humans or animals inhabiting the island, it seems to be entirely populated by sentient mannequins. They seem friendly enough, but they’re definitely creepy to look at for longer than a few minutes.
However it seems only a portion of the island is available right now. As you make your way deeper into the island, are large, impassable construction walls blocking your way. With cute little “pardon our pixie dust” signs! If you peer from the windows of the Adventurers Club, you might be able to spot the ocean....
Enjoy the sunshine and warm breeze if you can. Despite the new scenery, you're still not any closer to getting home than you were last week.]
[ SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY ]
[ LOCATIONS | REGAINS | BIOS ]
[As a reminder, please submit your Week 2 activity check before July 8th, 1 PM EST! Dead characters just have to check in.]

Sea
Nice, isn't it?
no subject
Yeah. I've never been to a beach before.
no subject
Really? Well, this is a good introduction to one...no crowds and...that's the only upside, now that I think about it.
[He glances towards the horizon.]
It's better when you're not stuck in one place.
no subject
She nods. ]
A lot of things are. But this one is still nice.
no subject
[There has to be one around here somewhere, right?]
no subject
[ what the heck is that, man ]
no subject
[And that's a circular definition. Let's try again.]
It's a foam board about this long [he holds his hand a few inches above his own head] that you stand on and ride on the waves.
[He gets an idea and moves to a patch of the beach near enough the water to be wet but not quite lapped by the tide and draws the shape of a surfboard to stand on and demonstrate how one surfs. It doesn't have quite the same effect and mostly he just looks kinda silly.]
no subject
[ bless her she is trying very hard to picture it ]
And that works? You don't fall over?
no subject
no subject
[ She looks out towards the waves. ]
If I see one, I'll let you know. That sounds fun.
no subject
no subject
Sure. Thanks.
[ A beat. ]
Do a lot of people surf where you come from?
no subject
no subject
Wow. That must be a lot.

[ She thinks. ]
Is there... a game? If it's a sport.
