WEEK 3

[When you wake up the following morning, the doors to the Adventurers Club are open. It only took you a horrible murder to get into the outside of the club, but finally you get some fresh air! Now that you’re outside, the gentle seaside feeling of the island seems to almost instantly soothe any anxieties you had about the previous days. And when night arrives, the island comes alive with music and lights and the island parties until dawn.

One odd thing everyone will notice, however, is that instead of humans or animals inhabiting the island, it seems to be entirely populated by sentient mannequins. They seem friendly enough, but they’re definitely creepy to look at for longer than a few minutes.

However it seems only a portion of the island is available right now. As you make your way deeper into the island, are large, impassable construction walls blocking your way. With cute little “pardon our pixie dust” signs! If you peer from the windows of the Adventurers Club, you might be able to spot the ocean....

Enjoy the sunshine and warm breeze if you can. Despite the new scenery, you're still not any closer to getting home than you were last week.]

[Bob has completely sobered up at this point, even if this seizure-inducing club has him yearning fro a drink. He does not, however, have to think at all about his answer.]

So, you make this wish, it's granted... Now, which one is worse: all the wish does is make this mortal live out his normal lifespan, because all mortals are naturally ensured to die eventually, or the death is immediate... and includes you.

Neither would happen, because it would be a very carefully-worded wish so as to ensure my success!

It's impossible to word a wish so carefully that a genie can't mess with it.

[she pauses, then adds to her board: GENIES ARE VERY LITERAL BEINGS]

...with my education and Napoleon-level ability to elude my opponents, I find the notion that such a task would be impossible rather audacious.
