[When you wake up the following morning, the doors to the Adventurers Club are open. It only took you a horrible murder to get into the outside of the club, but finally you get some fresh air! Now that you’re outside, the gentle seaside feeling of the island seems to almost instantly soothe any anxieties you had about the previous days. And when night arrives, the island comes alive with music and lights and the island parties until dawn.

One odd thing everyone will notice, however, is that instead of humans or animals inhabiting the island, it seems to be entirely populated by sentient mannequins. They seem friendly enough, but they’re definitely creepy to look at for longer than a few minutes.

However it seems only a portion of the island is available right now. As you make your way deeper into the island, are large, impassable construction walls blocking your way. With cute little “pardon our pixie dust” signs! If you peer from the windows of the Adventurers Club, you might be able to spot the ocean....

Enjoy the sunshine and warm breeze if you can. Despite the new scenery, you're still not any closer to getting home than you were last week.]

Oh, I couldn't be unhappy! At least...not then. Just being with Runt made me happy...but I don't really remember why anymore. [It's...confusing.]

[The more Rapunzel listens to her talk, the more she's feeling absolutely horrified. Something... something really bad happened to Foxy to make her like this, didn't it?]

I understand how being with your boyfriend can make you happy when things are rough. That's not bad at all. [Eugene was a stabilizing rock for her during the whole mess with Cass, after all.] But, um... were you happy with him before you changed...?

Oh, I wasn't with him until after I changed. He said I was perfect like this, after all~ [There's a pause as she actually seems to take that in, her face twisting a bit.]

this eternal ray of sunshine is suitably HORRIFIED??? LIKE??? it takes her a moment to even SAY anything in the face of this???]

B-But... that's not fair! If he only liked you after you changed, then he didn't really like you! Just... what you became...

[She looks down at her feet.] I...never thought of it like that. I was just...enjoying being with him. I don't think I could have until I came here...and now I'm remembering all kinds of things that don't fit...

[She plops down on the blanket next to Rapunzel, looking really confused.]

I don't even remember what I liked about him...I thought getting some beauty sleep would clear things up, but I just feel even more confused.

[Yeah okay Rapunzel is just. Going to throw all awkwardness out the window and put her arm around Foxy's shoulders. Just... give her a rock to help steady herself as she rides all this out.]

Maybe... that's okay. That you're remembering things that are different. If you focus on those things, then maybe you'll feel better.

[Rapunzel's gone through some serious trauma herself, and it can be hard to reconcile two very different images in your head. It took her a long time to stop seeing Gothel as her mother and to think of her as her kidnapper, after all. Sometimes... it can still be hard to keep the image of her stabbing Eugene before her doting but somewhat overbearing attitude.

Things that can mess with your head are... rough, to say the least.]

Maybe you'll start to feel like yourself again, instead of feeling how other people think you should.

Maybe...but I'm pretty sure some of those things were just mean and bad. I used to make fun of Chicken Little a lot for being crazy, but it turned out he was right about the aliens and the piece of the sky falling...

Making fun of people isn't nice, no... but it's not bad enough to make someone change who they are. Just because you made fun of someone doesn't mean you can't be allowed to like the things you used to like.

[Like, geez... she doesn't like Monty and he boo'd her for petty reasons, but she's not going to go around saying he shouldn't be allowed to run his sweet shop anymore or that everyone had to hate him because she didn't get along with him....]

[She blinks slowly, as if thinking about it more clearly.] I guess...that's kind of making sense? I'm the only one who really got changed like that, even though the whole town made fun of him too...even the grownups!

That's horrible...

[... Y'know, Rapunzel is starting to wonder if they can ask the Genie to bring other people back to their worlds when they finally manage to escape...]

Look... I don't know what exactly happened that made you change, but I'll help you un-change, okay? We can help you go back to feeling happy for real again!
