[Well that was a fun trial, wasn't it? An innocent man got brutally killed by everyone, and while you found out more about the person responsible of all this all it really amounts to is "The Genie is insistent that you don't want to meet him".

And yet you took this warning from a powerful being to go "yeah we can take them!". Y'all oughta be ashamed of yourselves.

On the bright side though, when you wake up you will find out that more of the island has opened up! It's not much but at least you can wash your clothes.

... There is a nonzero chance that the Genie quickly built that as an apology for all that blood. Whoops.]

Yeah! You put your dirty clothes in the washing machine to wash them, and in the dryer to dry them. It's as easy as pressing a button.

[there's a moment when she's like "they understood sorting laundry in the olden days right. probably. if not it may be funny."]

Let me just get this straight; you can put your clothes in one of these, press a button... and it just washes it. And it doesn't explode?

[Please tell her it doesn't explode.]

It only catches on fire if you don't clean out the lint every once in a while. [they don't let dylan do laundry anymore.] Other than that, no exploding.

I could have totally used this eight years ago.

[Is she sad? No. But she's excited.]

The wonders of modern technology. They have machines for pretty much everything nowadays. [she says from the FAR-OFF YEAR of 2001] Maybe you can take one home with you, but you'd also have to invent electricity.

Well, I'm not one to normally steal things...

[But she'll definitely be taking a washing machine with her, if she can help it.]

And I do know someone that could probably figure out electricity.

Literally the least this place can do is let us steal stuff. [she IS bringing the walruses to halloweentown where they can FROLIC and LIVE OUT THEIR MAD WALRUS LIVES IN PEACE]

Whoever that person is, they'll need a kite, a key, an elephant, and maybe a pigeon.

[Listen, if the king of Equis can have Navy seals, then Halloweentown can probably have walruses. Who is cass to judge?]

Well, if he can actually discover brand new elements, then I'm sure that's not going to be a problem. [Or it will, Varian's that kind of boy.] Just expect it to have a silly name, like 'Rapunzelite' or something.
