[Well that was a fun trial, wasn't it? An innocent man got brutally killed by everyone, and while you found out more about the person responsible of all this all it really amounts to is "The Genie is insistent that you don't want to meet him".

And yet you took this warning from a powerful being to go "yeah we can take them!". Y'all oughta be ashamed of yourselves.

On the bright side though, when you wake up you will find out that more of the island has opened up! It's not much but at least you can wash your clothes.

... There is a nonzero chance that the Genie quickly built that as an apology for all that blood. Whoops.]

It's different chemicals that make the colors change. I can't remember which colors make which colors...a friend explained them to me before, but she was a bit overexcited.

[Kinda sounds like Varian when he gets going. Oh, and speaking of-!]

He's one of my best friends back home! He's a total genius when it comes to alchemy and inventions - he can do pretty much anything with the stuff he can brew up, and he's even made us a system to give the whole kingdom hot running water!

[Which, she now knows, isn't... you know. A huge thing to the people here. But it's big to them!]

He loves analyzing anything he can get his hands on and loves inventing and trying to find scientific solutions to everything... sometimes it doesn't work out all too well, but he keeps trying. He's a great kid.

[Varian sounds like someone Tadashi would like right away.]

He sounds like someone I'd like to meet...also sounds a little bit like my little brother Hiro. Hiro's a bit better at reinventing and improving than outright inventing, though.

[And can be a handful most of the time, but is a good kid sometimes.]

Oh, Varian's really good at that too. He... once built a whole bunch of automatons after only seeing one working once.

[Nnnnnnever mind the fact that he built those automatons to help him attack Corona! Details are not needed!]

He'd make these little balls filled with different chemicals that could do a lot of different things! Sticking someone's feet to the floor, making clouds that you could run away in... he's a really smart kid. He even managed to translate an ancient scroll left behind by this really famous inventor from way in the past!
